What is the best way to get a group of 24 to Sea Base in Florida Then on to Orlando?

I am taking a group of 24 kids %26amp; adults to Boy Scout High Adventure/ Sea Base in the Florida Keys next summer. I am trying to figure out the best way to transport them and appreciate any other tips you may have for me too.

If it is any distance at all the quickest and best option is air. There are a number of ways to arrange air travel. Our Venture crew made early arrangements and went to Costa Rica this summer for less than $800 per person, all inclusive. If you are in Fla, or Georgia, renting a tour bus is a viable , and maybe even enjoyable way. If you are needing to raise funds, we had a number of fund raisers to offset our expenses.
