Can anyone suggest blood group based diet to lose weight and stay healty without using pills or special diet?

I BELIEVED THAT NO TWO PEOPLE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH


WERE ALIKE; NO TWO PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME FINGERPRINTS, LIP PRINTS, OR VOICE PRINTS. NO TWO BLADES OF GRASS OR SNOWFLAKES ARE ALIKE. BECAUSE I FELT THAT ALL PEOPLE WERE DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER, I DID NOT THINK IT WAS LOGICAL THAT THEY SHOULD EAT THE SAME FOODS. IT BECAME CLEAR TO ME THAT SINCE EACH PERSON WAS HOUSED IN A SPECIAL BODY WITH DIFFERENT STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES AND NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, THE ONLY WAY TO MAINTAIN HEALTH OR CURE ILLNESS WAS TO ACCOMMODATE TO THAT PARTICULAR PATIENT'S SPECIFIC NEEDS.

The dynamics of weight loss are related to the changes your body makes when you follow your genetically tailored diet. There are two factors.

Are there any pros?





There are not many positive things to say about this diet, which is clearly based on science fiction rather than science fact. However, as with any diet, it will get you thinking about what you are currently eating, with the result that you may start to make changes to your diet. Added to this, the blood type diet recommends eating fresh, natural foods and so can help you de-junk your diet by cutting out processed foods, takeaways, booze, chocolate and too many cups of coffee 鈥?all of which our ancestors missed out on!





And the cons?





There are plenty.,it鈥檚 just another cranky way of getting people to cut calories 鈥?and the most worrying thing about this is that while you鈥檒l probably lose weight, it could also affect your health in the long term.
