I know ZARA, offers commission but the way it works is that net sales is divided among everyone therefore results in a dollar extra hourly than your normal rate. Any idea what other stores do this and not based on individual sales?|||Most shops pay an hourly rate and commission and bonus on top depending on dollar value you sell and it will vary from store to store , product to product
The upside is staff discounts and talking all day as that why you want to work in retail in the first place
