Ace of Base like group from 90's big hit in Philly pop radio?

There is a song that I loved back in the early/ mid 90's... it was a group like Ace of Base and it was a dance/ pop type song. Can't even think of how it goes... can anyone list some similiar groups or some one hit wonders from similiar groups from that time period.
