Why do people judge a group of people based on only what they hear? ?

I don't get it. People will judge a group of people based on what others, who are not of that specific group, based on what people who are not a member of that group say.|||Yes, I admit that I WAS ignorant.|||Simple answer; They are just stupid.|||Because they're ignorant! And probably don't know or don't want to know the truth! Ignorance is bliss!|||Because they are ignorant jerks. They also judge


based on a few people of that group that they


have seen or met.|||When people hear bad things, they are more cautious. And then they begin to experience the behavior from the people; then it is reality.|||it's ignorance yet so many people find this acceptable. it defies all logic; that way of thinking says much more about the person they are rather than the group of people they are generalizing.|||People are not stupid or anything else.


Its human nature (in the animal-istic sense)to have judgment... but it takes a human who is more than an animal to know enough to always second guess your judgments, and keep reassessing your opinions.
