I have a group that is under "adult content" but I hate the ads at the bottom. How do I change the ads?

My group is based on alternative lifestylers, but it is for fitness and healthy living. How do I get rid of the porn advertisements on the bottom from AFF and others? I'd like to put some healthy food ads or fitness links.|||ads are based on category, and you cant change what those ads are. to get different ads, you need to change the category the group is in
