Is there a group trying to preserve the land that I believe is currently owned by Hunter Leggit Army Base?

I have seen it. Too beautiful to destroy, it would be an unpatriotic and cruel misuse of our democracy to carelessly take this from our children. It should be a National Park. No reason within reason would be even near good enough to do this "bombing". Are not the cancer (in mostly children) clusters in Nevada enough. I expect better of our service men and women.
